Our operating schedule typically coincides with the cruise ship schedule. We usually open at 9AM on ship days, however, our hours of operation can differ from week to week. Please check our schedule page for the most up-to-date hours of operation.

Our schedules will be posted the last week of the month for the upcoming month.
Example: The February schedule will be posted around the last week of January.

You can purchase tickets when you arrive at our window or through your cruise ship! Make sure to check our schedule first!

A beautiful view, of course! It’s hard to overstate the beauty of the view. On clear days you can see all the way to Puerto Rico and St. Croix. In addition to the wonderful view, there is a bar and restaurant, taste at Paradise Point, where you can find our world famous Baileys® Bushwacker. We also have many local souvenir shops and our brand new Skywalk!

If you’re coming after 5pm, there is PRIME at Paradise Point.

NO you do not need a reservation! We don’t schedule times or make reservations- we are on island time!! Come at your leisure (during our operating hours) to ride the Skyride!

Yes! While everyone hopes for a clear view, we can’t always guarantee that the weather will cooperate. Regardless of the view, the tram ride to the top of Paradise Point is a wonderful adventure for people of all ages. In the event of adverse weather conditions—including high winds or lightning—we may temporarily close the tram.

The tram ride usually takes about 7 minutes to go from the harbor to the top of Paradise Point.

Each cabin can hold up to 8 people. We do our best to fit groups together, but at times, this may not be possible.

Most people remain at the top for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. We usually open at 9AM and close 1 hour after the last tram departure of the day. You are welcome to enjoy the scenery from the top of Paradise Point as long as you’d like during those hours. However, make sure you leave enough time to return to your cruise ship on time!

St. Thomas has two beautiful ports and many wonderful hotels!

WICO is located right across the street from us. It is about a 10 minute walk.

Crown Bay is about 3 miles away from us. We recommend hiring a taxi.

Your concierge can call you a taxi or put in the address (9617 Estate Thomas) to your GPS!

We are located in the Havensight area across from "Port of Sale" and Wendy's.

Yes, except the month of September. We are CLOSED for the month of September.

No age or weight restrictions!

Guests 15 years and younger have to have an older adult accompanying them.

Taste is open at the same time as we are! The kitchen closes 30 minutes before the last tram down.

Prime is open every night starting at 5. Call them (340)690-2191 for any and all information!

We are located in the Havensight area, where there are lots of bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance!

Next door to us, there is Pirate's Treasure: A Shipwreck Museum! We sell a joint ticket to do the Skyride and Museum for $49.95 adults and $34.95 kids.
